Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free): Standard shipping is free for all orders within Australia. Once shipped from Hong Kong, delivery typically takes 43-50 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Express Shipping: Express shipping is available, with shipping cost based on product weight. Once shipped from Hong Kong, express delivery typically takes 22-30 business days. Please note that heavier products may incur higher express shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

Carrier Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

Additional Information

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
