Important Notice

We, Portable Batteries Australia, do not supply or provide the warranty for Pecron products; all warranty services and obligations are solely provided and managed by Pecron (Shenzhen Pecron New Energy Co., Ltd).

Pecron Warranty Coverage

  - Warranty Period: 12 months from the date the buyer receives the product.

  - Coverage: If a product issue arises within the warranty period, Pecron will supply free spare parts (with prepaid freight) and provide repair instructions and video guides to the buyer.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following cases are excluded from Pecron's warranty.

  - Any damage or issues caused by privately taking apart the unit, or damage to the surface coating and appearance.

  - Breakdown resulting from incorrect installation, packing, or usage that does not follow the manual instructions.

  - Damage or breakdown due to accidents or man-made environments, including mis-operation, crashes, unsuitable voltage, or moisture.

  - Damage or breakdown caused by natural hazards beyond control, such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, and similar events.

  - Maintenance does not include packaging or product accessories. Pecron will not cover any fees after the warranty period ends.

Returns Policy

Please note that due to high shipping costs we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstance, but we'll work with you until your product performs as advertised.

If you have an issue with your unit, we'll send replacement parts for free along with videos to guide you through replacing the broken part safely. If we deem that your unit cannot be repaired, we'll issue a free replacement.

If you cannot repair the unit on your own, we provide a paid repair service. For more information on this, contact us at support@portablebatteries.com.au
